Alternative Rock band, Pandas & People, will be celebrating their 10-year anniversary of being a band at the Marquis Theater, where it all began. On a snowy night in 2014, P&P played their first show in Denver at the very same venue, opening up for another local Colorado band, The Wild After.
Since then, the band has inundated themselves in the local Colorado music scene, making the move from Fort Collins to Denver and
playing hundreds of local shows over the years, sharing the stage with the likes of Twenty One Pilots, Kings of Leon, Gary Clark Jr, Judah & The Lion, The Doobie Brothers, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Train and many more.
In the last few years, the band has received several local accolades, including two-time “Best Americana Act” by Denver Westword and “Audience Favorite” by KTCL’s Hometown for the Holidays. After their debut album “Out to Sea” charted in the NACC top 200 charts nationally, P&P found their single “Bad Honey” on regular rotation across the country, eventually peaking at #48 on the national alternative Mediabase charts in the summer 2021. This included being the #1 requested song on local Denver radio station, 93.3 KTCL. Pandas & People will be unveiling several new songs at the Marquis Theater on Saturday night, with releases planned for this year.
An exclusive poster signing and meet-and-greet will also take place immediately following the show.
Cross off your calendars for a special night with Pandas & People, marking a decade of musical milestones and artistic expression.
Admission to this event is: $17.50 in advance. $24.50 day of show.
