You know, this might not have really added much to the first part except for the ending when it finally added something to the first part, but man these villains are brutal. Like, if you’re hoping this part of the trilogy will move the story along… you probably will be sad. But if you loved the “fuck you” nature of the villains in part one, oh man will you be happy watching a camp counselor cut his way through groups of kids like an explorer in the jungle cutting away weeds. There’s nothing for satisfying than watching a kid try to talk his way out of not getting bloody massacred only to get bloody massacred before he can finish his first sentence.
I mean, that’s very sad. I teared.
And then the ending happens and you’re like, “oh, ok, cool, I guess I’ll watch Part Three now.”
